In this workshop, we will explore together your current situation: what you want to be doing, what's keeping you from acting, what gets you out of bed each day.
Outcomes
At the end of this workshop, you will have:
a working understanding of your current state of mind
an understanding of your primary motivations
a plan for working with your fear and anxiety (however justified)
an introduction to identifying your power to effect change
