Where are you on an "ability to act" scale? What motivates you?

In this workshop, we will explore together your current situation: what you want to be doing, what's keeping you from acting, what gets you out of bed each day.

Outcomes

At the end of this workshop, you will have:

  • a working understanding of your current state of mind

  • an understanding of your primary motivations

  • a plan for working with your fear and anxiety (however justified)

  • an introduction to identifying your power to effect change
